Coach Oglesby - Graduated from Manchester HS in Manchester, GA where he played football at the free safety and wide receiver position. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University in 1986. Before coming DCHS, Coach Oglesby taught at Temple HS, Temple, GA where he was also Head Football Coach and Athletic Director. John Oglesby has recently received his Masters Degree from Jacksonville State University and his Specialist from Lincoln Memorial University. This will be his 22nd year in the classroom and his 11th year teaching Math at DCHS. John and his wife Janet have two children, daughter Kalin and son Jake.
